Elliott is the market leader in the hire and sale of modular buildings and portable cabins and we were delighted to be chosen to create a new web design for their UK business. The previous website had over 1,500 pages and the brief was to create a more fluid user journey and rationalise the products and services people may be looking for. That was essential to the brief and furthermore, they needed a Content Management System to make the site easy to edit, optimise for Search Engines and integrate with CRM platforms.
We began with a discovery meeting to uncover the unique client benefits and understand the brand values that must be communicated. It was key for the new web design to reflect the industry, professionalism and position Elliott as a world leader.
We created several user journeys for customers from different markets and with different requirements, sketching out wireframes and ensuring the design would be fit for purpose. The concept for the website was then crafted around the golden thread or hook on creating ‘space’.
The design was then custom created to strict brand guidelines and adherence with the global businesses, using Wordpress for the build and seamless integration with Salesforce to ensure no enquiries slip through unanswered.
We are now working with Elliott on an on-going basis to provide digital marketing services, hosting and support to make the most of their new investment which brings in +500 enquiries per month.
