The brief

We’ve been working with the charity, Cure Leukaemia. Their aims are similar to commercial brands, to drive brand awareness and create online experiences that are engaging and help to drive fund raising. That was no different with the now famous annual charity event ‘Glynn Purnell’s Friday Night Kitchen’ and creating the charity website. And as a busy team, they needed a website to act as a platform for marketing and to ease the administration of organising such an event.

The Solution

The GPFNK event isn’t run like a normal charity event and there’s a great focus on an evening of fun, food and entertainment. We wanted this to be at the forefront of the charity website design and integrating social media as social proof of how established and popular the event is becoming. The site is fully editable and has been designed to last for the years to come.

There’s a custom online booking system to enable users to book tickets or tables. The back end will ease administration burden for the organisers as digital tickets are issued, payments managed and a guest list can be exported. The site is integrated with their email marketing system so that guests and tickets can be automated.
