After winning the pitch to design a website for UTL, a division of Unipart Group, we were determined to create an aesthetic but functional, fast loading and easily accessible responsive website.
Adhering to Unipart’s brand guidelines the website needed to be informative and relevant to the distinct target audiences. The website has to position UTL as the leading provider and experts in supply chain management and showcase the people at the heart of the business.
During the discovery phase of our project we mapped the customer personas and uncovered the information needs of the three core target audiences. This translated into the concept of having dynamic content and the home page to deliver relevant services, case studies and contacts for the Media, Mobile and Consumer clients that UTL specialise in. The website project covered strategic design, responsive website build, photography and copywriting to deliver a site that is tailored to the business.
The brand has been well received, we exhibited in Dubai after the launch and had amazing feedback and we now have business opportunities in the far East which is very exciting. The website is great and working well, I’m able to change things on the site whenever I want and it’s all fairly simple to understand. The project and results have been positive and there’s not much that could have been done better, thank you.
