The brief

We were delighted to work with Food Store on their rebrand. The brief was to create a refreshed company image to portray their high level of professionalism and proud to be British, the company has strong customer service values.


During the discovery phase it became clear that Food Store provide a silver service to their clients abroad and the company has a solid reputation for being a Brand Builder in the Middle East with a vast network to call upon. As a result, one of the logo concepts was based on a crown/chef hat but making it more angular to depict their vast network and silver as the primary colour. The logo icon is a subtle nod to the crown playing on the Britishness of the brand, we also used a clean typeface in caps to give strength and confidence to the look. The secondary colour palette plays beautifully to the high class restaurant and branded food products the company supplies.

The brand has been well received, we exhibited in Dubai after the launch and had amazing feedback and we now have business opportunities in the far East which is very exciting. The website is great and working well, I’m able to change things on the site whenever I want and it’s all fairly simple to understand. The project and results have been positive and there’s not much that could have been done better, thank you.
