To redesign the website so that it is in line with eTech’s growth, credibility and provides a good user experience to the diverse audiences. Whilst communicating eTech’s brand maxims and benefits of being innovative, trusted and proven we have to provide useful product information.
The website is designed and built to be easy to update and support the sales team by allowing potential customers to be directed to relevant information according to their industry. From here information is designed around the key features and benefits of the software that eTech creates to facilitate mobile working. The ‘mobile’ element of the company has been a key feature and concept in the design, as well as the team ‘stand up meetings’ and interior design to provide a cohesive image.
During the immersion phase, one of the central ideas is that eTech maybe a software company but it’s all about data entry and mobile working. To capture this we created the feature on the home page header with the animated strap line typing out the brand maxims.
We were also delighted to record interviews of the company directors and make a team culture video to capture the essence of the brand. These can be found throughout the website and we’ve recreated snippets of video for headers to differentiate the content and make it more engaging.
